FAQ's

How do I care for my bras?

  • Hand-wash and hang to dry will always yield the longest life from your undergarments...
  • However, cold wash on gentle-cycle and hang-drying works well on all ON The RACK undergarments.
  • STORAGE:
    - The EVENT Bra: Never flip the cups inside one another. While space saving, it weakens the seams and eventually the strength of the lift.
    - Lay this bra open during storage for best results.

Can I convert or adjust the straps?

  • Some of our bras are indeed convertible! Check to see if metal anchors detach, and convert as desired!
  • The EVENT Bra has an additional strap-loop sewn in toward the centre of the cup. This extra loop is magic - allowing for lift and hold where you need it most, AND offering additional support for unique necklines without weird fabric gaping when you cross the strap. #gamechanger!

What sizes do you offer and how do I find my fit?

  • Check our FIT GUIDE to find your size, and order accordingly.
  • Not sure of your fit? Here's how to measure:
    - Measure under your bust in inches.
    - Measure around the fullest part of your bust - across the nipple line.
    - Note the differences in inches. Each inch is a cup size.
    - For example: Under bust is 32 in. Across the nipple line is 36in. That's a 4 in difference, so your size would be 32 D.

What’s your shipping policy (costs / locations)?

  • Currently shipping to the USA and Canada only.
  • Shipping rates are based on local fees as determined by the carriers.
  • ON The RACK is happy to provide free shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Delivery times are based on the carriers' promises.

What’s your return policy?

  • Returns are available within 30 days, and items must be returned in original packaging, unworn.
